The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be the courts located in Slovenia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You waive any right to a jury trial in any legal proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this Agreement.

14. Changes and Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms at any time at our discretion.
